Screaming O 4T - Tickle & Tease Bullet

The pulse mode is what sold me—it's subtle enough for a slow build but hits harder than I expected for something this size. The soft touch coating makes it feel less clinical than my last bullet, too. Exactly the kind of teasing I wanted.

The smooth PU coating feels almost silky against the skin, and that 5-speed range gives me plenty of control whether I want a light buzz or something deeper. I've found myself reaching for the pulse pattern more than I expected—it's a fun little surprise each time.

The pulse mode alone is worth it—that sharp, treble-style throb catches me off guard every time. It's tiny but packs a real punch across all five speeds, and the smooth PU surface makes it easy to grip even when things get slippery.
