Last time I bought the smaller version it pinched a bit, but this XL just slides on without any wrestling. The 20% extra diameter makes a real difference, and it still has that same stretchy give that holds everything snugly all night.
The extra 20% diameter makes all the difference—no more pinching or readjusting mid-session, and the stretchy silicone still snaps back perfectly. It's snug but never restrictive, and I've honestly forgotten I'm wearing it during longer use.
I was worried the stretchy material wouldn’t hold up at this larger size, but it stays snug without pinching, and the extra 20% diameter makes slipping it on way less of a wrestling match. Definitely a solid upgrade for anyone who found the standard version too tight.
